What this covers

This note explains what personal information Penfold's Sandbox collects through this website and how it is used. The site does not require you to create an account or log in to browse, read, or download resources.

What we collect

• Newsletter subscription: Your email address, when you subscribe via the footer or blog page.
• Contact form: Your name, email address, school or organization (optional), the type of enquiry, and your message.

How we use it

• Newsletter emails are used solely to send you new articles and briefings from the AI in Education newsletter.
• Contact form details are used to read and respond to your enquiry.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored securely in the site's database, accessible only to the site administrator. Newsletter emails may also be synced to a Google Sheet for mailing-list management.

Unsubscribing & deletion

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by replying to any edition and asking to be removed. To request deletion of any information you have submitted, email paul@paulpenfold.com.
