Strengthening Sri Lanka's national tourism institute

The challenge

JBIC-funded Tourism Resources Improvement Project at SLITHM (2010–12). SLITHM, the national tourism and hospitality training institute, needed stronger management capability and a clear view of its own strengths and gaps.

What I did

Ran management workshops for senior staff in 2011. Carried out an institutional audit in 2012.
